The exclusive and excessive use of long-distance road transportation is not suitable way to reduce the negative environmental impacts logistics systems. Intermodal transport, combining with other transport modes, has potential both operating costs carbon footprints. One reasons for low share intermodal its requirement coordination scheduled services that can result in reducing reliability case disruptions due arrival new shipment orders, fluctuations quantities, delays, service cancellations within network. This calls reliable efficient algorithms replan shipments’ distribution. In this paper, replanning problem formulated as a path-based multi-commodity network flows.
